Wow, just got done watching and wanted a trained responder to comment on what it was. Interesting theory. Surprising that he would start to panic at that point. Sky was clear, water was calm and seemed tame compared to stuff he had already been through. I was thinking some sort of stroke / heart condition although he’s obviously young. And I guess he was complaining about his right arm instead of his left.
Is he in danger? You gotta figure the chopper is at least 20 mins out and he’s starting to convulse.
